Job Title: Print Shop Manager
A leading manufacturing company in the Kerr Tar (Central North Carolina) area is seeking a skilled Print Shop Manager to oversee daily operations of its print production department. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise in industrial inkjet printing, color management, and print workflow optimization . The Print Shop Manager will supervise a small team, ensure accurate and consistent color reproduction, and maintain high-quality output to meet production demands.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

What you will be doing as Print Shop Manager:

• Oversee daily print shop operations and production schedules
• Operate and maintain industrial inkjet printers (Durst, Kodak, HP, Roland, etc.)
• Manage files with RIP software (Caldera, AVA CAD/CAM, Durst)
• Ensure accurate color matching and quality control
• Edit artwork using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Lead, train, and support print shop team members
• Maintain inventory of inks, media, and supplies
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Print Shop Manager, Print Production Manager, or Lead Operator
• Strong knowledge of industrial printing workflows and RIP software
• Skilled in troubleshooting printing equipment and software
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience improving production processes.
