About the Role : We are searching for a skilled Corporate Recruiter with experience in the mortgage industry to join our team and play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mortgage industry and its unique staffing needs. They will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring positive candidate experience and meeting our hiring goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Discover Great Talent : Use creative sourcing methods—like LinkedIn, networking, and referrals—to identify the best candidates.
  • Screen and Assess : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates to ensure they’re a great fit for our culture. You’ll also coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build Talent Pipelines : Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Promote Our Brand : Share our company’s story and values to attract top talent and build relationships.
  • Support Onboarding : Work with the Onboarding Team to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles and feel welcomed from day one.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : At least 2 years in recruitment, ideally in the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with mortgage lending processes, terminology, and regulations.
  • Proven Success : A track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Multi-tasker : Comfort in managing multiple projects and priorities.
