Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Invoice Processing Specialist to join our finance team. This position provides excellent training opportunities and growth potential while handling day-to-day invoice processing and basic vendor communications. Working under direct supervision, you will learn essential accounts payable functions and contribute to our team's success in a supportive, learning-focused environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

This position operates in a dynamic, technology-focused finance department committed to digital transformation and continuous improvement. The role requires light physical activity including regular sitting, movement around the office, and handling of electronic files and documentation. Training will be provided on digital systems, current processes, and scanning equipment.

Pay offered will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and geographic location. We may pay more or less than the range based on the person’s qualifications. In good faith we believe the range is what we will pay for this role at the time of the posting and may change in the future.
