Job DescriptionJob Description

Mechanical Contractor specializing in HVAC construction, installation and maintenance for the NY Tri-State area is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will dispatch HVAC Union techs in the NY area.

Description:

• Provide administrative support to the Service Department
• Dispatch HVAC Service Technicians around NYC
• Provide hourly report on a weekly basis for payroll processing
• Track and renew expired documents for each project.
• Track and purchase material, tools and equipment when needed

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a dispatcher or a service coordinator.
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast pace environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be well versed in computer usage and software such as Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Sage 100 is a plus.
