About the Role of the Construction Supervisor:
We are seeking Construction Supervisor manage construction and renovation projects across our Memphis site. You’ll oversee subcontractors and construction crews, maintain safety protocols, and ensure seamless coordination between project stakeholders. Whether it’s building cleanrooms, upgrading laboratories, or reshaping industrial workspaces, you’ll be hands-on in shaping the future of technology infrastructure.
In this role, you will contribute by providing on-site supervision of construction activities, which include renovations, facility expansions, and new builds. You’ll manage contractor relationships, ensuring that all work aligns with established plans, building codes, and project timelines. A key part of your responsibilities will be monitoring safety and quality standards while enforcing OSHA compliance. Collaboration is essential, as you’ll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and facility operations teams to ensure construction efforts support operational needs. Drawing on your 5–7 years of supervisory experience, you’ll review blueprints and technical documents to anticipate potential risks and enhance execution. You’ll also track budgets, procurement, and project schedules to ensure timely and within-scope delivery. Additionally, you’ll proactively document site progress, report any issues, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
