The ability to lead other analysts, multitask, and think ahead/outside of the box is crucial. This role reports to the Community Connect IT Manager and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing enterprise software applications, including Epic and third‑party integrations. Key Responsibilities Perform application builds, upgrades, and system optimizations. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues with minimal disruption. Evaluate software updates for business and clinical impact. Conduct workflow assessments and align technology with operational needs. Lead IT projects, mentor analysts, and support process improvements. Manage incidents, problems, and changes to ensure smooth application performance. Qualifications 6‑8 years of relevant experience with a degree (Required) or 8‑10 years of relevant experience without a degree (Required) EPIC Certification – Ambulatory (Required) Experience with an Epic Community Connect program is preferred Microsoft Excel and/or Project experience is preferred Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred Current Epic Ambulatory certification and build experience is required Required state locations: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 – $70.00/hr.
