Job Description
G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add to the Wheelchair Agent operations at the Louis Armstrong Airport (MSY). This position is also known as Wheelchair Agent.
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour +TIPS

Shift: Part Time; Evenings
The Wheelchair Agent is responsible for meeting inbound and outbound flights to provide services for wheelchair passenger. Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
What does a Wheelchair Agent do?
Meet passengers to push in wheelchair to gate or exit door
Assist passenger to sit in aisle chair at gate
Provide exceptional customer service at all time
Ensure all wheelchairs are accounted for at end of shift
What skills are required to Join the Team?
Must be 18 years or older
Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history.
Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the public
Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills
