PCS Power & Communications Solutions Inc. — a Union and minority-owned construction company specializing in HVAC Control Wiring — is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Palatine, Illinois .
What You’ll Do:
· Handle data entry, certified payroll, and union/tax reports
· Support payroll and general office operations
· Maintain organized filing systems
· Assist and collaborate with administrative staff
What We’re Looking For:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Experience in construction administration preferred
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and attention to detail
· Reliable and team-oriented
Schedule & Pay:
· ~24 hours per week
· Flexible hours between 7 AM – 2 PM, Monday–Friday
· $20/hour
