Position Overview: As a Waterproofing and Foundation Repair In-Home Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, assessing their waterproofing and foundation repair needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who are self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about helping homeowners protect their most valuable assettheir homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to evaluate waterproofing and foundation repair requirements.
- Provide detailed explanations of our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with our team to create customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each homeowner.
- Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals to homeowners.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a commission-only role.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:
- Previous experience in construction a plus.
- Driver's License Required.
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to drive for long periods of time.
- Must be able to enter and inspect crawlspace foundations as low as 24" tall.
- This position requires bending, stooping, and crawling.
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions.
