About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Global Compensation and Mobility. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of global compensation strategies that align with business objectives and support talent management. This includes the development and execution of sales incentive plans, overseeing global mobility programs, and ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices across all markets. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in global compensation design, sales incentive planning, and experience in managing international compensation structures.
