Unit Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care.
Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance
Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts
Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders

Requirements:

MUST have active RN in the State of Georgia
Prior working leadership experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting
Ability to delegate and motivate a team
