Now Hiring: Experienced Screen Printer
Location: Richardson, TX
Position Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $17 per hour

Temp to hire, 1099 so no taxes are taken out!

We are seeking a skilled Screen Printer to join our in-house production team. With nearly 30 years in the business, we’re proud to create high-quality custom apparel that supports schools, businesses and communities nationwide. Accurately read packaging slips

Verify correct items and quantities for each order

Maintain acceptable pace while folding and sorting garments.

 

Responsibilities:
Operate manual and/or automatic screen printing presses to produce high-quality prints on apparel and other products.

Prepare screens, inks, and align artwork according to job specifications.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the print area and equipment.

Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency and accuracy of each print.

Collaborate with the production team to meet daily quotas and deadlines.

Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on screen printing experience (manual or automatic)

Strong understanding of print setup, screen registration, and ink uses.

Familiarity with plastisol and/or water-based inks.

High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work at a fast pace.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Team player with a positive attitude and reliable work habits.
