What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to investigate reported inventory deviations. Maintain a close connection with the unit operations and support inventory availability. Audit outbound orders in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements. Perform cycle counting in accordance with ERP ISAG routines and requirements. Support KPI metrics by completing local unit reporting processes. Follow operating procedures to detect and correct inventory discrepancies. Safely operate Powered Material Handling Equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co‑workers and customers. The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check and a drug test as a condition of employment for this role. Qualifications General warehouse or previous inventory experience preferred. Comfortable with platform equipment at varying heights. Prioritization and problem‑solving skills.
