* Schedules interviews and coordinates travel arrangements and logistics for onsite and virtual interviews
* Tracks candidates through the recruiting process helping to ensure a good candidate and hiring manager experience
* Initiates and facilitates the requisition process in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Oversees the dispositioning of candidates throughout the recruiting process in the ATS
* Prepares and processes offer letters and closes out staffing requisitions as requested
* Coordinates onboarding activities for temporary staff and internship participants
* Facilitates pSemis referral program payments and provides general program information
* Updates and prepares reporting related to the Talent Acquisition team
* Sources and prescreens Interns for selected requisitions
* Participates in the University Relations and Internship Programs
* Performs sourcing activities to build qualified candidate pipelines (as needed)
* Assist the Talent Acquisition team by leveraging social media channels and diversity websites
* Assists with department projects ad hoc
* Performs other duties as assigned and provides back-up coverage for the Front Desk

* Ability to interact effectively with a diverse candidate population

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity
* Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
* Ability to travel up to 5%
* 1+ year of experience supporting Talent Acquisition functions for a team
* Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (experience with SuccessFactors a plus)
* Talent Acquisition support experience in a high-tech industry
* Experience with onboarding processes highly desirable
* Experience sourcing over social media such as LinkedIn
* Experience coordinating with temporary staffing agencies and employees
* Working knowledge and understanding of Federal and State employment laws as it pertains to recruiting
