Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Description:

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Sr. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our CRM and web applications. This role offers significant autonomy and decision-making authority, ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and a passion for mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business needs.
• Integrate client APIs using Azure services and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Design and implement plugins, workflows, and custom entities to extend CRM functionality.
• Write efficient SQL queries for reporting and data management (SQL Server).
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software design and development.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to the evolution of development standards.
• Provide coaching and support to enhance team performance and technical skills.
• Collaborate with the CIO and technical teams on architecture planning and process improvements.
• Ensure availability, security, and scalability of cloud-hosted applications.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Develop RESTful APIs and manage data exports between Dynamics 365 and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with external systems and interactive products.

Annual Compensation:

$130,000 - $140,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
