What You Will Do We’re seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to develop and lead the SEO strategy across all e-commerce properties. This is a high-impact role with ownership of organic search performance, technical SEO health, and content optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of driving traffic growth for e-commerce businesses and thrives on both strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities Provide direction and tactical execution on SEO Roadmap. Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities. Lead technical SEO audits, resolving crawl issues, indexing errors, and site architecture improvements. Partner with product, engineering, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all pages and templates. Collaborate with software engineers to execute on technical issues. Optimize category, product, and landing pages for ranking and conversion. Leverage AI tools and technologies to scale content creation, automate SEO analysis, and uncover new ranking opportunities. Stay current on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning applications for SEO. Create reporting frameworks to monitor SEO KPIs, traffic, and rankings using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, DebugBear, or similar. Identify and test new strategies for improving page speed, mobile usability, structured data, and Core Web Vitals. Develop and oversee content strategies focused on search demand and buyer intent. Stay on top of algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging tools. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities. 3+ years of SEO experience, with at least 1 year in e-commerce SEO. Proven success growing organic traffic and revenue at scale. Deep understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, site architecture, and page performance. Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with GA4, Looker, or similar analytics platforms. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience managing or mentoring a team. Experience working with Google Tag Manager. Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CMS templating. Experience with Jira ticketing system/software.
