What You'll Do:
- Help roll out exciting strategic marketing plans for key promotions, spanning social media, in-store displays, digital advertising, and public relations.
- Collaborate with franchisees and the creative team to fulfill requests and ensure all marketing materials are on point and executed smoothly.
- Manage the CRM program by overseeing email and SMS promotions, creating tailored offers for different guest groups.
- Keep the company’s online presence fresh and engaging, handle guest feedback on social media, and maintain solid connections with marketing vendors.
- Analyze the effectiveness of both national and local promotions, while tracking and managing the marketing budget.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2 to 8 years of marketing experience in a for-profit corporation is a must.
- Experience with multi-location marketing would give you a great edge in this role.
