Job Title: Sales Representative (Hybrid – Part-Time or Full-Time)

Company: The Lemon Decor
Location: Hybrid – Remote + In-Office (Frederick, MD)
Hours: Part-Time (20 hrs/week) or Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Schedule: Must be available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM .
In-Office Requirement: 1–2 days/week in our Frederick office (on weekdays only)

Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Sales Representative to handle incoming inquiries, build relationships with potential clients, and guide them through our booking process. You’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring every client feels cared for and confident in choosing The Lemon Decor for their big day. This position offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and Zoom

• Qualify new leads and guide them through our sales process

• Conduct virtual and in-person consultations

• Build trusting relationships with clients and planners

• Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements

• Maintain detailed client records using CRM tools

• Attend weekly internal production meetings

• Coordinate with design/logistics teams to align on event details

• Meet sales goals while upholding a high standard of customer care

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service

• Warm, confident communicator (phone, email, and video)

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Passion for events, design, or florals is a plus

• Tech-savvy; familiarity with CRM or project management software preferred

• Able to work 1–2 weekdays per week in our Frederick, MD office
