We are working with an international, multi-practice area top law firm that is seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate or Counsel with 6+ years of experience to join the Chicago office.

Job Details

The dynamic real estate department represents owners and developers in financing, purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and other real estate matters.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of extensive experience with real estate transactions such as acquisitions, leasing, title/survey review, financing and development.
• Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base.
• Admission to the Illinois State Bar
