A Boston, Massachusetts area community health center affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital is adding a Family Medicine physician

About the opportunity:

• Join a team of 13 Providers, including Advanced Practice Providers
• Total outpatient
• Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and one evening session until 8 pm
• Call averages every 13 weeks
• Average daily patient census: 7 patient appointments for each 4-hour session
• 1:1 ratio of MD to RN or LPN additionally we have medical assistants to room patients and take vitals
• EPIC EMR
• Teaching opportunities
• Spanish fluency is helpful; however not required
• 2-year salary guarantee based on years of experience, then RVU compensation model
• Full and comprehensive benefit package as well as loan repayment

Location/Community:

• The North End, Boston’s Little Italy, is a maze of narrow streets with some of the city’s oldest buildings. On the self-guided Freedom Trail, tourists pass historic sites like the 1680 Paul Revere House and the Old North Church, which played a key role at the beginning of the Revolutionary War. Italian restaurants, coffeehouses, pastry shops, and old-school delis pack the area.
