Description:

Complete insurance related interviews and applications via telephone. Interviews will include gathering medical, financial, and occupational and vocational histories. Review and edit information collected during the inerview for quality assurance pruposes. Make and receive telephone calls, logging call attempts, document information within orfers as necessary, recording call results. Call volumes and handle times will vary depending on the types of calls and where clients are at in the interview process but it is back to back calls.
