Job Description
We are currently seeking a Pharmaceutical Maintenance Technician to join our team for an onsite position in Irvine, CA. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

JOB SUMMARY:
Perform routine maintenance including inspection, cleaning, parts replacement, and all other tasks outlined in department SOPs and job plans. Maintain spare parts inventory. Perform equipment installation including setting up new equipment, ensuring proper functionality, and maintaining it according to manufacturer specifications. Perform complex troubleshooting activities that Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, or systematic problems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation. Monitor Building Management System for critical alarms and respond as needed. Ability to update maintenance SOPs and P&IDs to ensure up to date and accurate information. Identify and implement process improvements. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance to track issues and ensure compliance. Mentor junior level staff. Competent with GxP regulations. Minimum of 5 years of experience.
