Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring that pets are groomed to the highest standards while maintaining their comfort and safety throughout the grooming process.
Responsibilities
- Groom Dogs in timely manner
- Complete Full Service (Bath, brush, blow dry, de-matting, de-shedding, nail trimming, anal gland expression, sanitary cut, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, paw pad cleaning)
- Maintain a very clean/safe environment (personal grooming area)
- Notify on MoeGo app when Dogs are ready
- Save dog’s style in the app
- Clean if dogs have accidents
- Upload pictures of before and after of 1 dog / day on Google Drive
Qualifications
- Proven experience in animal care or pet grooming is preferred but not required; training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong skills in animal handling, including knowledge of various breeds and their specific grooming requirements.
- Familiarity with dog training techniques is a plus, as well as experience as a veterinary assistant or veterinary technician.
- Ability to perform animal restraint safely when necessary to ensure the safety of both the pet and the groomer.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners and team members.
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being is essential.
