Job Description

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, or related fields;
2. 3-5 years of overseas work experience, with project manager experience on large-scale international projects, familiar with EPC contract models;
3. Knowledgeable about relevant standards and regulations in European countries, especially familiar with tax processes and regulations in Poland;
4. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with multiple parties, accurately convey information up and down the hierarchy, with experience in team and project management;
5. Proficient in using English as a working language (spoken);
6. Willingness to be stationed overseas. 1. Responsible for feasibility studies and processes during the land acquisition phase;

1. Responsible for project cost, contract, funding estimation, and payment tasks;
2. Responsible for project design management;
3. Responsible for project construction management, including quality, safety, and control work. Manage and control the engineering quality, progress, and cost of the projects under supervision to achieve targets. Responsible for coordination with the general contractor;
4. Responsible for coordinating with relevant government departments and handling approvals and certification procedures to ensure smooth project progress;
5. Assist senior leadership in project management and comply with project requirements from senior leadership.
