Job Description - Oversee all phases of construction projects in the life sciences sector, from planning to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all involved parties.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation as required.

The Successful Applicant A successful OPM-Project Manager - Life Sciences should have:
- 5+ years in project management role
- Extensive experience in Life Sciences projects
- A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field within the business services industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in the life sciences sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
