Mardi Gras Productions is a full-service themed Event Production Company based in New Orleans, LA, specializing in creating unforgettable experiences. We offer a wide range of in-house services, including Sales, Design, Art, Set/Carpenter Shop, Lighting/Special Effects, Sculpture, Signage, Greenhouse, Custom Linens, and Floral Design. Our inventory includes over 10,000 props, conveniently located less than two blocks from the New Orleans Convention Center.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role located in New Orleans, LA, for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, maintain office efficiency, manage office equipment, support communication between departments, and provide excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include scheduling, organizing office resources, and contributing to a well-coordinated team environment.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with different teams and clients
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
  • Experience handling Office Equipment and ensuring operational functionality
  • Customer Service expertise to support and address client needs professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks independently
  • Familiarity with event production or creative industries is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous
