About the role:

We are looking for a self-starting, self-accountable NetSuite F unctional C onsultant with the ability to think outside the box to solve a variety of problems and challenges. This c andidate will work directly with clients under the supervision of our management team, with a focus on NetSuite implementations, NetSuite c onsulting, NetSuite s upport, operations, supply chain, technical accounting, process improvement, and/or other advisory type roles. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes accounting and operational experience.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist in the implementation of full NetSuite ERP solutions, best practices, financial models, and any related technology to support our clients

Manage NetSuite ERP support projects for both current and potential clients

Plan and consult closely with multiple clients at one time on configuring systems according to their needs, business process improvements , and meeting their organizational goals

Work directly with executive management of client organizations to assess their business and financial challenges and architect solutions that enable them to overcome them

Develop and analyze key performance indicators to support client decision making

Execute project plans according to budget, deliverables, and timeline

Work closely with audit, tax, and advisory leadership to facilitate , oversee, and report on client needs and engagements

Travel to clients, trainings, conferences, etc.

Qualifications:

2 + years of NetSuite experience required

NetSuite Certification preferred

Bachelor’s degree in a ccounting, finance, or a related field- Master's degree preferred.

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Possess a strong ability to work in a team environment and be able to apply a solid understanding of accounting principles as they relate to individual client assignments.

Must have a background that includes operations and accounting experience.

Able to adapt communication to the target audience, which may include leadership, users, or project staff.
