We seek a highly organized detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to join our team immediately. The Office Manager will oversee our office's day-to-day operations, and be ready to be completely hands-on in ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of a medical office setting possess excellent computer and interpersonal communication skills and be very pleasant. Bilingual is a plus.

Duties:
- Managing front desk, and day-to-day operations of the office including answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries. Oversee the receptionists for insurance eligibility and verifications and patient benefits
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow and help staff with check-in and check-out as needed

Teach the staff and be able to do prior authorizations for procedures as needed 

Training hiring and managing staff like office receptionists medical assistants, technicians, etc 

Doing performance evaluations for staff and feedback for professional improvement regularly
Communicating with billing staff regularly to ensure claims are submitted promptly and accurately responding to them regularly with medical records if needed, patient insurance or prior authorization issues, etc., and handling patient payment plans.


- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed and implement cost-saving measures for the clinic. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Ensuring the clinic adheres to Compliance and regulations with changing health care laws and quality assurance

Technology management with the phone and internet and with the EHR systems ensuring proper utilization by staff, also troubleshooting technical and operational issues.

Coordination with various health care providers like other doctor offices, hospitals, and nurses to ensure seamless patient care and manage referrals.

Developing and implementing protocols for handling medical and other emergencies and developing protocols for the smooth operation of equipment in the clinic and staff 

Community outreach with building relationships with referring physician's offices and health care organizations.

Skills:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is NEEDED
- Excellent computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with doctors, patients, and staff
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Needs to understand insurance eligibility and benefits of patients and know how to do prior authorizations for procedure
