Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler who will be responsible for building and mounting grills with precision. This role involves incorporating wipers, warning lights, backlighting, and headlights, as well as reviewing blueprints to construct level bumpers. Additionally, the technician will be accountable for charging, testing, and evacuating air conditioning systems in accordance with build specifications. Installation and wiring of electrical components, such as lights, speakers, and sirens, are also key tasks. Thorough running tests will be performed to ensure all systems operate correctly. Additional tasks may be assigned by management to support organizational goals and member needs.
Responsibilities
Build and mount grills with precision, incorporating wipers, warning lights, backlighting, and headlights.
Review blueprints to construct level bumpers accurately.
Charge, test, and evacuate air conditioning systems according to build specifications.
Install and wire electrical components such as lights, speakers, and sirens.
Perform thorough running tests to ensure all systems are operating correctly.
Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Work Environment
This role is part of the 1st shift, working Monday through Friday, with hours from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm or 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, depending on the supervisor. Expect to work 45-50 hours per week, with mandatory overtime on Fridays. The work environment is temperature-controlled, and you will be working in a team setting with spacious work areas. All necessary tools will be provided.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr.
