Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will operate current and future 3D Printer assembly processes within the specifications determined by engineering. This role requires you to become cross-functional in other areas and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products according to established processes.

• Identify and report any quality issues.

• Function effectively in both self-directed and team environments.

• Maintain a 5S work environment.

• Keep other work areas organized during downtime or extended product run times.

• Sub-assemble parts as needed by extrusion operators.

• Work in a production environment requiring safety glasses, safety shoes, and potentially hearing protection in some areas.

• Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and up to 50 lbs periodically.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude is essential.

• Experience in production and machine operation is preferred.

• Candidates must be mechanically inclined.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience.

• Experience in packaging and packing is beneficial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
