Legal Billing Coordinator Law Clientis seeking a Legal Billing Coordinator with 3-5 years of accounting experience. This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive environment. We provide a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process monthly attorney invoices via electronic billing systems Handle billing adjustments, write-offs, and retainer applications Process trust account disbursements/deposits Generate accounts receivable and trust reports Qualifications: Prior billing experience required (law firm experience preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Effective communication with attorneys, staff, and clients Proficiency in Microsoft Office Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
