What We Do:

• We service our community of individuals who are searching for assistance in life and Medicare insurance by contacting those who opted in to receive information on our products and services via automated dialing system.
• 100% remote work.
• We qualify opted-in customers and if they are eligible, we transfer the call to licensed agents in their State.

• Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven individuals who are willing to help individuals with their life and Medicare needs.
• This is a very fast-paced environment, and 100% focus and attention during production hours are required to achieve goals set.
• Extremely rewarding position! Insurance Advisors are eligible for bonus and incentive opportunities during AEP!
• Health and Life Insurance License is not required.
• All new employees must pass a background check prior to employment, and complete required compliance courses during the first 14 days of employment.

What we are looking for:

• We are currently hiring for a seasonal work-from-home remote position in over 12 states within the United States ending on or before December 7, 2024.

What is needed:

• Desktop or laptop with a minimum 4GB RAM with a working camera.
• Hi speed internet - Minimum requirement of 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speeds . A speed test is required and oftentimes conducted once hired.

* Must take the speed test from a laptop or PC, not from your phone. Please Take the speed test from the location you plan to work from remotely.

• Must have an ethernet cord available to connect to your internet router.
• USB Port for a headset with a working mic.
• A dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distraction.
• No VPN connections allowed per company policy.
• Job Type: Seasonal.
• Salary: $13/hr

SCHEDULE

• Monday to Friday, schedule TBD.
• Weekend availability (Weekends may be available during Annual Enrollment Period, October 15th-December 7th and Open Enrollment Period, January 2nd-March 31st).

EDUCATION

• High school or equivalent (Required)

EXPERIENCE

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Outbound calling: 1 year (Preferred)
