The Role We're looking for passionate and empathetic hustlers to join us. You'll be working to help bring training and care to real families. Your role is to handle the day-to-day operations of our office in Indianapolis, as well as of our Personal Care Attendant training program. As part of the Personal Care Attendant training program, you will equip students with the necessary skills and tools to best care for others. One of these skills is Basic Life Support (BLS).
In this role, you will:
- Implement and lead Basic Life Support training classes. You'll be involved in providing Basic Life Support and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation courses to certify our students.
- Support Personal Care Attendant students. You'll accompany and support students as they complete the other aspects of their training including onboarding, charting, and orienting students to their new career.
- Support company operations by maintaining office systems, organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, and reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.

- Pay rate: $35-38/hour
- Expected Hours: Part time approximately 20 hours per week with potential of becoming a full-time position

The Requirements - Must have Healthcare provider level BLS/CPR, AED with skills evaluation component training
- Must reside in the Indianapolis area
- Must have CPR certification
- Must have a valid higher education degree from a college, university, and/or institution.
- Excellent execution skills. You know how to handle complex and cross-functional initiatives, set goals, optimize workflows, and solve problems to get to your goal.
- Experience in interfacing with different stakeholders. You are used to working with different teams and people.
- Deep empathy, endless tenacity, charisma, and attention to the finest details.
- Spanish speaking is a plus
