Daruma in Mound, MN is looking for a Head Sushi Chef! We are a locally owned family business that opened in 2013. This will be our second location! Looking for a dedicated, self-motivated individual with good time-management skills and a passion for creating a delicious and positive guest experience.
Head Sushi Chef responsibilities include, creating original new full menu, ordering and maintaining sushi inventory, working closely with other sushi chefs to ensure things run smoothly and interacting with guests.
This is a salaried position DOE.
We are also looking for hourly sushi chef position.
