Addressing account support requests and content reports.
Providing highquality support to users.
Using marketspecific knowledge to enhance community assistance.
Analyzing data for better user experience.
Enforcing platform policies and addressing abuse reports.
Identifying workflow inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
Recognizing trends and escalating issues beyond standard procedures.
Fluent in German.
Working proficiency in English.
