Infinity Staffing Solutions is searching for a Freight Broker to join our team in Indianapolis! Responsibilities include verifying paperwork, matching information across various TMS, and ensuring that freight bills are delivered according to the customer’s needs.  Claims Processing experience required. Pay rate negotiable. 

 

Schedule/Shift: 1st shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Electronically organize paperwork
• Identify different types of documentation and their priority
• Assist with billing requirements
• Match invoices with management systems
• Help create a fun and respectful environment
• Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Heavy Billing experience
• Logistics experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation to the office
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
