What You’ll Do

• Lead all kitchen operations, from concept to plate, with precision and creativity.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes for daily service and special events.
• Manage kitchen inventory, budgets, scheduling, and team training.
• Set the standard for excellence on the line every single shift.

What We’re Looking For

 

• 2+ years as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, scratch kitchen .
• Culinary degree/certification preferred (but we value experience and talent above all).
• Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences .
• Polished, professional, and ready to inspire.
