Our entry-level Sales Managers use their organization, communication, and project management skills to make a meaningful impact on our communities. The Sales Manager plays an integral role on the team and supports the entire firm by organizing, executing, and tracking marketing-related projects, acting as the team's point of contact for others, and providing hands-on support to the Marketing team. 

As an Entry-Level Sales Manager You Will Be: 

• Reporting directly with the Director of Marketing and Sales and the rest of the Marketing team to accomplish goals and priorities
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns to increase sales margins
• Serving as the main point of contact for our clients and marketing team 
• Leading marketing and sales meetings 
• Presenting marketing initiatives results and plans to marketing and sales management regularly
• Maintaining and building outside relationships with clients 

Requirements for the Entry-Level Sales Manager: 

• Prior experience in Marketing, Promotions, Branding, Communications, Sales, or Advertising 
• Professional, service-oriented, and assertive
• Flexible and succeeds in an environment in which priorities can quickly shift
• Excels in a high-volume work environment
• Positive can-do attitude and a great team player 
• Proven knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
