Our dynamic Technology company is on the hunt for a seasoned EMV/NFC Card Systems Engineering Director. This role is critical to the development and implementation of our EMV/NFC Card Systems. Responsibilities:

As a EMV/NFC Card Systems Engineering Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the development and implementation of EMV/NFC Card Systems.
2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
3. Overseeing the design and development of wireless, processors, and semiconductor technologies.
4. Staying current with the latest trends in FinTech, Card OS, FinTech API, IoT VR, Digital Currency, blockchain, and mobile payments.
5. Developing and implementing strategies for the use of crypto and MPoC in our systems.
6. Liaising with banking networks to ensure the compatibility and security of our systems.
7. Driving the team towards meeting project milestones and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent EMV/NFC Card Systems Engineering Director role will have the following qualifications:

1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
3. Extensive knowledge of EMV/NFC Card Systems, wireless, processors, and semiconductor technologies.
4. Familiarity with FinTech, Card OS, FinTech API, IoT VR, Digital Currency, blockchain, mobile payments, crypto, and MPoC.
5. A deep understanding of banking networks and their interaction with digital payment systems.
6. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
