Join Our Team as a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver!

As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver, you will enjoy consistent work with the added benefit of handling multiple dedicated accounts. This position offers steady, reliable work every week while allowing you to drive for different customers. You'll receive a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,400 per week, with great potential to earn more based on your routes and performance.

What You Can Expect:

• Competitive Pay:
• Average earnings: $1,769 per week, or about $92,000 annually.
• Guaranteed minimum: $1,400 per week when available to work the entire week.
• Starting pay: $0.68 per mile.
• Additional Earnings:
• Compensation for stops and loading/unloading (not for all accounts).
• Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable.
• Company-sponsored per diem program.
• Home weekly: Opportunities for two-week assignments with a 34-hour reset on the road, plus an extra $200 in per diem.
• Work Schedule:
• Consistent weekly schedule with diverse routes based on your current account.
• Miles may vary depending on which account you are servicing.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Ability to adapt to various freight types and customer requirements.
• Willingness to assist with other operations to remain on the road and active.
• Focused on providing dedicated customer service, working with one account consecutively for a minimum of one week.
