Responsibilities:
As a CRM Manager , you will be responsible for our clients' CRM strategy. You play a key role in optimizing customer engagement.

Reporting to the Head of CRM (with over 10 years of experience), your responsibilities will include:
- CRM Strategy : Implementation and monitoring of CRM campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Writing : Crafting newsletters and flows necessary for client performance - impeccable French required.
- Project Management : Developing a schedule with deadline management until analysis and recommendations for multiple clients.
- Analysis : Understanding client needs and implementing suitable CRM solutions.
- Collaboration : Working closely with marketing and sales teams for an omnichannel strategy.
- Optimization : Analyzing campaign performances and proposing improvement strategies.
- Training : Sharing your knowledge with team members and participating in skill development on CRM tools, especially Klaviyo.
