Job Title: Creative Project Manager
Location: 100% onsite near Sherman Oaks, CA (candidates should already be local to SoCal)
Job Type: 1-3 months contract (W2 only)
Compensation: $45.00 to 50.00 per hour

They're seeking a CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER for temporary engagement.
Essential Responsibilities:

• Develops and manages schedules for digital development and launches to ensure projects are on time
• Manages and oversees the timely flow of projects from conception through completion; formulate and manage timelines and reports
• Monitors project progress by tracking schedules, migrating risks, and resolving issues
• Serves as the key liaison for assigned cross-functional department
• Leads weekly check-in meetings with assigned cross-functional departments to keep them informed on assignments, schedules, productions, etc.
• Diplomatically enforces deadlines and problem solve in an efficient and professional manner
• Assists employees with procedures relating to organizational projects
• Assesses and refines processes, driving for efficiencies and timeliness of work
• Identifies, develops, and conducts any training needed as related to projects or systems
• Workfront experience is preferred but not required
