POSITION SUMMARY:
The Creative Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Brand & Community Engagement, is responsible for supporting Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County’s marketing initiatives and community programs. The incumbent develops ideas, presents creative concepts, and manages project execution, ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on time and as scoped, while delivering high-quality work. The primary functions of this role are graphic design, social media management and email marketing. In this role, a customer-centric mindset is essential as the Creative Manager collaborates with internal business partners to develop creative marking solutions for their business needs and oversees work with external vendors to ensure that materials produced are consistent with the Goodwill brand.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, and at least four years of experience that includes digital communication, social media and print production. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
