Job Title: Tour Operator & Brand Ambassador (CDL-A Driver)

Location: San Diego, CA

Tour Duration: 2-Year Program (Launching Q1 2026)

Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round (38+ weeks/year)

The Gig:

This isn't your average driving job. Forget long-haul, cross-country treks. We're looking for a San Diego-based professional to own a local tour, becoming an indispensable part of our client's success right in your own backyard. You'll be the captain of a state-of-the-art mobile experience, featuring a modular three-sided theatre, responsible for delivering a flawless event every single time. You are the foundation of this tour's success.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Command the Experience: Safely pilot the tractor-trailer to event locations throughout San Diego County, ensuring the mobile exhibit arrives on time, every time.
• Bring it to Life: Manage the complete setup and dismantle of the experience. You'll be hands-on, transforming the trailer from a vehicle into an immersive theatre environment.
• Own the Presentation: Maintain the vehicle and the high-tech interior in pristine, show-ready condition. Your attention to detail is what makes our brand shine.
• Be the On-site Guru: Serve as the primary on-site support for our client, troubleshooting, assisting, and ensuring a seamless experience while expertly managing your DOT clock.
• Stay Sharp & Compliant: Meticulously adhere to all DOT regulations and maintain accurate electronic logs. Safety and compliance are non-negotiable.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A valid Class A CDL and a squeaky-clean driving record.
• You're a San Diego local, or close to it. We need someone who knows the area.
• You're technically savvy and comfortable with A/V equipment, modular setups, and learning new systems. If you can troubleshoot on the fly, you're our kind of person.
• A professional, positive, and client-first attitude. You’re not just a driver; you’re an extension of the MRA and client team.
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your role.
• Flexibility for some overnight stays is required (don't worry, the hotel is on the client!).

The Nitty-Gritty:

• This is a two-year commitment for a stable, year-round tour.
• The trailer will be parked locally in the San Diego area.
• This is a dynamic role where no two days are exactly the same.
