Barber Drywall Inc. is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong payroll experience, including certified payroll and prevailing wage rate compliance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and/or Sage, capable of reconciling bank statements with accuracy, and skilled in managing all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. Key Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping functions, including A/P, A/R, and bank reconciliations. Process payroll through QuickBooks and/or Payroll company, including certified payroll reporting for prevailing wage projects. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Prepare reports for audits and leadership review. Oversee vendor documentation and compliance. Qualifications 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Sage. Experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
