Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a remote Bilingual Pharmacy Technician. This role is work from home / remote. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration: Type: Four-month contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer Schedule: 8-4:30pm cst with a closing shift 11:30am-8pm cst one night every other week and every 8th Friday Ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm CST, Monday through Friday.Pay: $24.00 to $25.00 an hour Responsibilities of the Pharmacy Technician: Schedule pharmacist consultation appointments with members that participate in any of the clinical programs operationally supported by the Clinical Engagement Services CenterPrioritize the privacy and confidentiality of the patient's medical information, adhering to HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies at all times.Document provider feedback in clinical databaseManage various incoming fax queues to ensure all provider feedback is appropriately capturedReport PHI related incidents in a timely manner and in accordance with HIPAA requirementsDocument and store all returned mail based on standard operating proceduresProvide outstanding customer service to all inbound / outbound callsPerform miscellaneous auxiliary functions essential to the efficient operation of the departmentCollaborate in various department meetings and forums to enhance processes and share tips to increase workflow efficiency Qualifications for the Pharmacy Technician: •1+ years of experience working remotely/independently within a cross functional team environment, self-directed with excellent organizational skills, preferred•Ability to navigate approved platforms and multi-task using multiple databases/platforms, and applications. Competent use of computers/technology.•Current pharmacy technician license in state of residence•Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel•Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel•Ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm CST, Monday through Friday.•Bilingual (fluent in medical terminology) in Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, or Vietnamese Why work for Adecco?
