The Meadows Country Club is looking for a great attitude and exceptional career opportunity of Beverage Cart Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Key Responsibilities of the Beverage Cart: Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests. Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies. Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use. Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed. Operate Jonas, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure. Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them. Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service. Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available. Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks. Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned. Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees. Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Minimum Qualifications for the Beverage Cart: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol. Other Qualifications: Regular and reliable attendance.
