Job Description
We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations in a full-service, from-scratch kitchen with a strong wine and beverage program.
Position Summary:
The Assistant General Manager supports daily operations, leads FOH and bar teams, and helps drive guest satisfaction, team development, and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is humble and thrives in fast-paced, high-end environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support GM and Chef in managing restaurant operations
• Oversee wine and beverage program, inventory, and vendor relations
• Lead FOH staff training, scheduling, and performance management
• Monitor labor, food, and pour costs
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
• Build partnerships with local hotels and tourism centers
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and weekly management calls
• Assist with hiring and onboarding FOH staff
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in full-service, high-volume dining
• Strong wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
• Experience with R365 or similar accounting systems
• Calm, professional leadership style under pressure
• Passion for hospitality and team development
• Availability across evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina for a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Stable work history (no more than 3 jobs in 5–9 years)
(WSET/Sommelier) Highly preferred, not required.
