· Interacting with prospective residents
· Communicating the value and overall experience of living at the community
· Securing lease agreements
· Initiate the process to screen prospective residents
· Communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals
· Assists with property marketing activities and resident events
Required Qualifications:
Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!
