Air Compressor Technician

Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air Compressor Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will perform installations, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of compressed air systems. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair rotary screw, reciprocating, and oil-free air compressors, dryers, and related equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and perform diagnostics using proper tools and manuals.
• Read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and technical documentation.
• Maintain accurate service reports, parts usage, and work orders.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain service needs and provide recommendations.
• Safely operate company service vehicles, maintain tools, and adhere to all safety standards.
• Collaborate with the service team and provide support on larger projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or trade certification .
• 2+ years of experience working with compressed air systems, HVAC, or industrial equipment ( but not required).
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in field/industrial environments.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
